Terms and Conditions for purchasing from The CS Partnership

From the date of your purchase, The CS Partnership will grant your Practice a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-transferable, licence for 15 years to use, copy and modify the documents only to the extent reasonably necessary your Practice to use and adapt it in the course of your business. By proceeding with your purchase, you have agreed as a Practice to the terms of this licence.
Your Practice must bespoke the documents to reflect your legal practice, by adding and deleting detail as appropriate.
Whilst we have taken care to ensure that the documents are accurate, and up to date, The CS Partnership will not accept any legal liability in relation to them.
The CS Partnership will forward a zipped file by email of the documents that you have purchased, within 24 hours from receipt of the purchase funds.
