The Matter Based Checklists are designed to help legal practices illustrate Property Compliance™ on every file, every time. We have reverse engineered the Operational and Fraud Risks from the CQS CPMS into these Matter Based Checklists.

The CS Partnership will grant you a non-exclusive, fully paid up, royalty-free, non-transferable, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, copy, and modify the Matter Based Checklists only to be extent reasonably necessary for your Practice to use and adapt them documents in the course of your business (meaning that you can use them internally as you require, but are restricted from selling them or transferring them externally). By purchasing the Matter Based Checklists, you agree as a Practice to that licence.
